ANSWER A SURVEY
If the survey that you would like to fill out is on the Quick Launch (on the left of the home page), you can click on it directly. Otherwise, click on "View All Site Content"on the top left of the page to access it.



Click on the option "Respond to this Survey".



This is the format of a survey in WSS. Click on "Finish" once you have finished to save your answers.
