Comportement du consommateur: L'impact de la culture (e.g., individualisme et collectivisme), de l'acculturation et de l'identité ethnique/culturelle sur le comportement.

Vente (Retailing): Perception et catégorisation du consommateur par le vendeur basées sur des indicateurs non-verbaux  (e.g., buyer vs. browser). 'Overconfidence bias' chez le vendeur dans sa capacité de pouvoir juger un consommateur.
