About the author

The author’s two poles : on one side, a logical and systematic person, well grounded in the numerous daily economical challenges. The result? A career begun in accounting, followed by teaching in a Business School.

On the other side, a person attracted by mysticism and spirituality. The result? An increased emphasis and the development of the psychic and mediumnic aspects. However, it is the same individual, living this duality in an increasingly integrated way.

With a vision of a better equilibrium beween the world and the humans who live in it, Jean Nollet sees his role as one of sharing his experiences, while emphasizing that it is possible to find the right equilibrium between the spiritual and the material. His favorite areas are past lives and karma.

Each person may live her/his life as seems fit, but it is particularly important to attempt to find one’s life path and to follow it. In the author’s case, his efforts towards integrating spirituality and materiality are supported by his favorite saying : Life is a matter of priorities. Since it is possible to find the meaning of all events, he also attempts to integrate and live knowing that: there is a reason for each event taking place.

CHAPTER 1

Your life philosophy: the responsibility of the ego

Have faith, not hope

Spirituality is the understanding, the expression and the realization of the principle of love.

Spirituality is first and foremost an action principle, not an intellectual principle. Whoever doesn’t act in life with love is not a spiritual being. Therefore, an individual becomes spiritual when love becomes an integral part of all actions and thoughts, by being good, generous and honest, living in harmony with nature, human beings, and animals.

Faith is the total and absolute confidence, created through love, that the project that must be realized will be accomplished indeed.

You do not know why, but you simply know that a project will be accomplished successfully. If you have any hesitation, then you have doubts about the love of yourself, the love of others, and God’s love toward you. You often hope that things will move on, and that everything will just be fine. But in the word hope, there is always the presence of the unknown, of events that you think you cannot control.

For example, if you say: I want a house, this is hope. However, if you say: I accept to receive this house and I know that I will receive it, you are then putting yourself in a state appropriate to receive what already exists. In fact, you are then allowing your thought process to activate all the energy required to achieve this realization.

The Ego and the travel of the soul

Each Ego comes from a higher reality, the Self, which in turn comes from the Whole which is God. Since they are interconnected through the harmony of love, all cells constitute a whole. This Whole knows and remembers everything. When a portion of this Whole wants to experiment its state of felicity, its state of existence, that portion must get incarnated into a reality of some sort. When a cell moves away from the Whole, it is nevertheless still a part of it, and will come back.

When the cell gets incarnated on the earth plane, it must divide itself in two souls, one feminine, one masculine. When a cell is divided into two souls, it will have to guide the two souls at the same time. When these two souls leave on a trip (let’s call this an adventure), each one of them will have to experiment at various times the yin principle and the yang principle. At the end, once completed the exploration of Earth’s reality, and the two souls being back to their original energy, it will be necessary for them to fuse again in order to reconstruct the cell and finally return to the Whole. The two souls do not necessarily evolve at the same speed. This is why a soul which has completed its exploration must wait for its soul sister.

To make the journey on Earth under the direction of a Guide

Obviously, a soul undertakes its journey by itself, accompanied by a main Guide that Catholics name guardian angel. The Master Guide has the following responsibilities:

     1) to guide and help the soul prepare its incarnation in the body of a newborn;

     2) to influence it for important decisions;

     3) to remain silent when the soul needs to be by itself;

     4) to bring the soul back at the time that you call death;

     5) to evaluate, with the soul, the incarnation.

However, it often happens that a Guide can’t do the job appropriately during the entire incarnation, as the difficulty index encountered by the guided soul might exceed the specialty of the Guide. Therefore, it often happens during an incarnated soul’s life, that there will also be a simultaneous or differed intervention of many other Guides.

When a soul undertakes its journey on Earth, for a very long time this soul will be put into a group leaving at the same time, and this group comprises its soul mate. Experiences from incarnations on Earth will progressively differentiate the souls, so that some will progress more quickly than others. Another guidance will be required, and the groups of sister souls will be reorganized. It is over millennia that a soul evolves. It might remain with the same Guide for a long time, but if it evolves rapidly, it will require a superior level of guidance. By analogy, it is the same principle as in schools.

When an act is performed, it brings consequences. If those are not proper, this act must be compensated. Everything is always assessed not judged according to the motives of the person performing the acts. One thing is sure: karma applies to all souls and for all actions. However, karma is not a law about punishment, but rather a law of compensation.

Reincarnation: our own choice

When a soul visualizes and prepares its incarnation, it foresees potential families that will offer the most valuable situations for the reality it wants to explore. An appropriate selection must take into consideration factors such as the country, the sex, parents’ characteristics, and so on. The soul can visualize not only the child that it will be, but also how it will be and live at different ages, its major crossroads and decisions, the main obstacles to be overcome, etc. With the help of its Master Guide, the soul will determine which family is the most appropriate, in other words the one with the most adequate difficulty index.

At that point, the Master Guide is also useful, since before incarnation, a soul and its Guide agree on all types of strategies so that the soul remembers: a gesture, a smell, a word, a look, and so on. It often happens that one of these elements reminds a soul not to take the wrong path. It is like a small voice saying: To the left, not there, etc.

It frequently happens that a soul does not remember the best choice and makes a less appropriate choice. In fact, the main difficulty in a life is the loss of the memory of the important decisions. If you could remember what has happened, you would also remember the horrors that you have committed. This could taint your life or influence the challenges in this lifetime, to the point of actually preventing you to move on. Therefore, by taking away the memory and by having only the connection with your Guides, it makes this aspect easier. Furthermore, the human being then becomes totally responsible for him/herself, as well as for his/her actions and thoughts (the latter being as important as actions).

To become responsible in order to understand and act better

Each human will have to be more connected to her/his past, have a more accurate perception of who she/he is, where she/he is coming from and where she/he is going. It is critical that you do not say to yourself: "What have I done to deserve this?" Say rather: "What could I do to transcend this difficulty?" It is the same for your life on Earth. You cannot be a happy well-balanced adult if you are always saddened by your childhood, a failure at school or a bad experience when you were a child.

Nothing can change unless all humans have become conscious, so that each gesture becomes integrated within the consciousness of the planet. The best way to become conscious is to decide who you are and how you want to live. Once this is done, you compare your choices with this decision to determine if they are in harmony. When an individual is conscious, that person becomes responsible, not eating the same way, not treating nature, animals or other individuals the same way, not learning the same way as before, and not demanding the same things.

You should learn to say: I am responsible. However, you should feel neither responsible, nor guilty for the choices made by others. Focus on implementing your responsibility, since you must be aware that it should be used toward others by setting examples: you must radiate your responsibility, not impose it.

However, don’t lose sight that the other is always your reflection, whether it be a couple, an association, colleagues in a party, etc. This is where it hurts. On one side, you struggle loving and accepting yourself; on the other side, when you look at the other, this person becomes the projection of your Ego, which you judge because you see it in action. It is then easy to see that what you saw in your neighbour was also what you saw in yourself

CHAPTER 2

To live simultaneously
in materiality and spirituality

Money as a source of might

Power is spiritual, while might is material.

As soon as a civilization takes shape, and a group of humans get together and live in small communities, the desire of domination comes back. Then, one of the first rules to be broken is the rule of sharing; which should be the main rule of materiality. Therefore, depending on the extent of their might, some humans very rapidly appropriate a larger portion of materiality, often giving a value to the goods and acts in a dictatorial way. Once the thought of sharing and the acknowledgement of the act disappeared, then the instrument of might and domination, and the basis of comparison (money) appeared. You have given to money a value that it absolutely doesn’t have.

One of the consequences of giving money this value is that you are in a monetary tyranny. Your approach has made it possible for a group of individuals to dominate the planet by controlling and accumulating wealth: gold, silver, natural resources, land, companies… Whatever you do with money, sooner or later it comes back to them, since they control just about everything. This is why you require more and more work, efforts and fatigue (and your quality of life is reduced) to satisfy your consumption needs.

To share and to lead a simple life: avenues of solution

Each one of you has taken part in this material dictatorship. This is why your best approach would be to ask yourself the following question: Where am I personally responsible?

If you are able to do so, try to have a house and an automobile totally paid for. Reduce your debts to the minimum. Do not let those with the might dictate to you how to live your lives any longer. Many humans live based on the obligations resulting from their spending, forcing them to work more. You would then have much more time to enjoy life. It is a total change in attitude that has to happen. However, it will be a major challenge for humankind, since in your society, the great values of acknowledgement are based on the have and not on the be.

In fact, abundance is to have daily what you need. If this is the case, be confident that tomorrow, you will still have what you will need. Life is a gift. However, you incorporate this idea that you should earn a living, so as to be worthy of living. You have to modify a set of concepts, as well as mental and psychological approaches to consider a good, not as something to grab, so as to hide it or get some might out of, but rather as something that must be shared.

To aim for equity rather than only for charity

Charity is often the good conscience of a small group of people who have much more material might than others. Through their acts and their often previously announced donations, they encourage you to a charity of bad taste. In fact, when you are charitable and you give a piece of bread to a pauper, you are insulting him/her and you outrage his/her right to sharing and to love.

You should not be charitable, but equitable. Equity means to leave to each one the choice of her/his orientations, options, quality of life, but also to make it possible for that person to reach it. Most populations live no type of freedom and therefore, have no real choice. But there is also human justice and the divine justice. The first one varies with eras, since laws change but divine justice is based on equity. Unfortunately, the economically disadvantaged classes are often considered by the wealthy and the intermediate classes as lost, whether their situation is caused by a lack of motivation or a karma to live.

The fact that there is a class of resourceless people serves the interests of the upper class, who wants to accumulate additional goods and control more. However, since the size of the intermediate class is shrinking in all countries, there will come a time when the richest group will be faced with the very poor, and this will generate more violence.

To become responsible in order to fight misinformation

When humans communicated through their mind, they could not lie to each other, since the receivers of that thought could perceive it accurately. All humans on the planet could also see the aura around everything that lived. In addition, there were many similarities between humans and animals, those two worlds getting along very well and going in the same direction.

Each time that there has been progress on Earth at the spiritual level and a recurrence of wisdom following huge disasters; we observe that telepathy rises again as a communication tool. Humans remember it and begin to use it again. Although it might not seem very practical, communication through the mind is still the best communication, because it is honest, clear and lively, and still captures the essence of the message. Consequently, for those who want to free themselves from the stranglehold of all types of domination, it seems that telepathic thinking will become the universal language again. Thus, the more you think about the appropriate context for telepathy, the more you will understand that it is possible to communicate without speaking. How can you explain that mediums can do it?

By returning to take on responsibilities individually, you will avoid putting yourself in the hands of those who tell you how to think and what to do, since they have codified all communication to their advantage. In fact, the champions of misinformation are not necessarily politicians. It is mostly religions that play this role. Despite this, religious authorities began with good intentions, namely to guide and inform humans about their greater welfare. But while helping humans to live and to exchange better by using some basic rules, there has been an increasing emphasis put on the material might. Major religions, whatever they are, have then become instruments of tyranny.

If you want to understand how you became misinformed, look at religions: find out the benefits they have gained from it, and you will notice that of everything that has been communicated to you at the religious level, there is only one rule that is true, namely the principle of love. As for the rest, the rules are often very questionable. Once you had been misinformed at the religious level, everything else followed, including the politicians and the military.

One of the most biased communications is verbal communication through microphones and medias, in fact media coverage in general. We are witnessing an inflation of nice speeches. What is said often appears to be less important than the way it is said. All individuals speaking to the general public, political leaders, business leaders, renowned artists, and other individuals who enjoy a certain notoriety in their own area, have more and more the capacity to address a multitude of people.

Many are taught how to lie to reach their objectives. For them, the end justifies the means. You should not believe what a person tells you, simply by relying on the looks of a person: she/he is well dressed, speaks a refined language, radiates an expression of truth, and appears of good faith. Humans know that many of these speeches contain lies. Yet, since humans don’t want to assume responsibility, they prefer to believe that what they know are lies, so that they don’t have to take a stance.

If one can lie to you about simple events, imagine the extent to which and how it is possible to lie skilfully when it is very important to increase the might of the individuals who control you. When you are told about a new technique, a new theory, a new method, a new way to vote, the foundation of a new political party, etc., ask yourself questions about the intention behind the presentation.

Often, you cannot really question those individuals, since you are not given the permission to speak. Then, question them by using your intuition, your telepathy, and your openness to another type of communication. Even if you would be the only person on planet Earth not to believe a speech, remain the only person not to believe it, since it should begin with one individual.

CHAPTER 3

Children, education and animals

Children as souls

Sometimes there is an only child, and there is a reason for that: a need to be guided closely or to be loved tremendously. When there is more than one child, all must learn to share. Besides, siblings make it possible to compose a mini-society which will be representative of the future society where the individual will have to live.

Quite often, a good connection develops between a child and one of his/her grand-parents. Usually, not having to intervene daily will provide the soul with the opportunity to improve its ability to love and understand, while having more time to address what might have been neglected or misunderstood in another life.

It is often more difficult to go through a given period of life than through others. When this period is childhood, the result is a rebel or very agitated child, much more susceptible and likely to get angry, because she/he encounters a difficulty in going through that period. The presence of others often adds to this difficulty. When you notice this type of attitude, remember that each soul has its own individuality, and that it manifests itself differently. Let time have its impact!

Imagine a life as an immense play. There is a story, which is the life mission, and actors playing on the stage, the Earth, while the spectators are those around you.

Schooling

Studies constitute one of the sets of this play. The child who is born does not really have a choice, arriving in an already organized and well-structured society. Unfortunately, things have already been planned for this soul; what it will learn, as well as the quality of what will be learned and the time that will be required to do so. Such rigidity constitutes a very important restriction in the freedom related to the learning that is to be done.

Since you live in communities, there have to be organized systems; otherwise it would be a free-for-all. While souls are very different, having taken different roads and having different skills, all children are regimented in the same system. Children are compelled, even at a very young age, to learn what is often useless, if not ridiculous. It is not only the content that is not appropriate, but also the way that this is done. Teachers are confined by the same stranglehold as your children.

The use of the teaching time should be re-examined, with a clearer vision of what should be done. In summary, the mass-teaching does not sufficiently consider individual characteristics. There is even more inertia in high school. Many young people learn during many years information above their heads, that they really don’t need, and which will be unused. Why not concentrate on the energetical forces to learn to detect who this child truly is, and with what potential? This approach could be called instruction à la carte.

Therefore, a large portion of the negative attitudes at work are due to poor learning as a child, and the wrong choice of direction, since everything is lowered to the bottom. As long as the principle of individuality is not understood, the individual will not be provided with the best possible type of expression for her/his creativity, there will be generations of dissatisfied workers who will be simply waiting to reach retirement age, a time that they may not always reach, or they will sometimes reach in very poor condition. How sad to see an incompetent moved aside from a more appropriate field. If that person could have been better guided and better understood (and if that person had understood himself/herself better), the choice would have been more suitable! In addition, there would have been a positive contribution to society.

Then comes the first notion of might, the university. Originally, it was the University with a capital U and not universities, since this term comes from universality. At the time of the University, there were thinkers and philosophers aiming at gathering scattered knowledge and diffusing it. They understood that everything related to the human was important and in agreement with the law of sharing and love.

In theory, a university should lead the young adult not only to prepare for, but also to practice a profession in which she/he will feel very adequate. Thus, she/he could serve the community adequately. In fact, the university should be a period of happiness and exchanges, where professors and students share their knowledge.

Unfortunately, today, the university puts individuals in a more and more rigid mould. Different elitist groups are putting pressure on universities, which have become institutions in which the formation of castes (corporatism, of which professions suffer) is already taught. How do you think you can create citizens in harmony with their milieu, if they are excessively specialized and maintained in a totally corporate spirit?

If, right from childhood, you teach a human being to learn how to learn and how to choose what she/he likes to explore, you will provide this future adult a taste for learning, as well as the curiousness and the creativity to do so. So, the first role of parents is to develop this taste for learning and knowing about oneself by questions such as: Who are you? What do you like? What would you like to do? How would you like to do it? This is a type of initiation that the teacher could subsequently use. This way, a child will want to learn more, because it is pleasurable.

Everything is based on the materiality of societies. Stop talking about the economy, since it does not and will not bring happiness to humans. The economy functions well when the human functions well. Each time that your leaders ask you to make a sacrifice, they will tell you that it is for the well-being of the economy; very seldom will they tell you that it is for the well-being of the individual. The same goes for sacrifices made about education, based on economic reasons.

A few concepts about animals

Animals are also there to teach you many things. Animals play a role of protection, assistance, pleasure and learning for humans. They have been placed on Earth to be a counterpart to humans, to associate with them in pleasure, to help them learn about nature, where animals are already well integrated. An animal is mostly - and this is its main role - a healer. Since it is sometimes difficult for a human to communicate with another human (often due to the barrier of emotions), it might be easier to communicate with a bird, a dog, a cat, and even with a mouse. An animal constitutes an unconditional partner for humans. Animals have not been put on Earth for you to use them as slaves or as food, and particularly not to be tortured in aquariums and in zoos. Animals are your greatest allies. For reasons of the evolution of their intelligence, some animal worlds are closer to humans than others.

Animals could be used more in zoo-therapy. With progress in this direction, then animals could help you heal the sick, and accompany old people dying of boredom. It would be a way to give importance back to the animals.

Not to eat animals brings great benefits, but it is an individual matter. An individual who does not eat meat has less waste in the body. He/she transpires less and the sweating is less ill-smelling; there is a greater calmness, more emotion control, a great reduction in heart diseases. There is also a greater harmony at home, because humans who do not eat animals are inevitably more harmonious humans.

Look at how chickens are raised: they are packed, often with light bulbs on 24 hours a day so that they eat more, and they are fed with hormone-rich food to make them grow as quickly as possible. Humans have submitted everything to their dictatorship, and animals give it back by intoxicating them.

Humans have assumed rights on everything: oceans, land, sky, but they are nevertheless part of the whole. It doesn’t belong to them. Animals are who humans are. Animals are in their resemblance. Continue to mistreat them and they will become more and more remote, cold, savage and unmindful of human needs, until such time when, not finding a suitable expression mode, they will leave Earth through their own will. As long as humans do not become friends with the other types of life on Earth, they will have to suffer the consequences of their own actions.
