SHARED DOCUMENTS
This section of the site is a library where users upload their documents to share them with others. This is at the heart of WSS as it is primordial to collaborative work.

ADD A NEW DOCUMENT TO THE LIBRARY
Click on the link "Add a new document" on the home page.



Select the document that you would like to upload to the site by using the button "Parcourir" and then click on "OK".



DELETE A DOCUMENT

 Click on "Shared Documents" on the home page. 



You now see all documents in this library. By putting your cursor on the title of the document that you would like to delete, a small downward pointing arrow appears. By clicking on the arrow, a drop-down menu is displayed. In this menu, click on "Delete".



Click on the button ''Ok'' to delete the document.



ACCESS DOCUMENTS
The steps described in this tutorial allow you to access all documents in a library. If the section « Shared Documents » is on the home page, you can access it directly bly clicking on it. Otherwise, you can always access it by clicking on «Shared Documents », on the Quick Launch on the left of the home page.



You are now able to see all documents contained in this library. You can open a document by clicking on it.



CREATE A NEW DOCUMENT IN WSS
It is possible to create a new document within WSS (instead of uploading one). By default, all libraries in WSS are configurated to create Word documents.
However, if you create a new library, you can select the type of document you would like it to create.
Once this is done, to create a document within WSS, click on "New ".
