In collaboration with Professor François Colbert, holder of the Arts Management Chair, the Omer DeSerres Chair of Retailing organized the 16th congress of the "Association Française de Marketing", May 18-20, 2000, in Montreal.Under the topic: "Le Marketing dans la Discontinuité" This congress was attended by 286 marketing researchers representing highly diversified research trends.
